Lease Takeover: 2013 Cooper S Bayswater

Year: 2013
Make: MINI
Model: Cooper
Price: $412
Mileage: 4600
Color: Black
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (Region): South

I'm tentatively offering up the lease on my 2013 Cooper S. I say tentatively because I'm basing this on BMW's current incentives on some of their cars that I would take advantage of if I can arrange this in time. If not, I'll be happy to keep the MINI for the remainder of the lease

This is a 2013 Cooper S, Bayswater Package, in Midnight Black. Here are the specs:
Automatic
HIDs with black headlamp housings
Heated seats
Sirius Satellite with remainder of 1 year (started in Sept)
Panoramic roof
Auto AC
Tinted windows
And probably more stuff I'm forgetting

It currently has about 4600 miles on it. The lease allotment is 45k miles over 36 months, or 15k per year. I started the lease in September. I negotiated $1k off the price of the car and put a little money down.

Lease payment: $412 plus applicable tax

MINI FS makes transferring the lease a painless process. Apply for credit with them, sign the paperwork, and get the car. I'll work with you on the lease transfer fee.

I'll re-do this post when the weather cooperates and I have a chance to take good pictures. Until then, you can see a couple of pictures here:

You do have the option of arranging your own financing and buying the car outright for $28000. That's a pretty huge discount on a nearly new vehicle!

Feel free to contact me by phone or text at 479-477-0434 for more information, pictures, or to schedule a time to come look at it.

I will cover the full $500 in fees ($100 credit app and $400 lease transfer) for anyone who successfully assumes this lease. This means you'll be out $0, simply pick up the next payment!

I'm now offering a $1000 incentive plus covering the lease transfer costs for anyone who successfully assumes the lease.
