Single incident with car. Car was hit while stationary when other car attempted to pass in breakdown lane. Due to unlicensed driver, police report filed though repair work was minimal: passenger side mirror replaced, and paintwork completed to remove marks. No actual dents to door. Repair work carried out dealership.

Car is a blast to drive, solid and steady on the highway, and fast and nimble on the country roads. Interior leather clean/free of blemishes. Paint great @ 40k miles. Rims perfect no marks. Minor bumper blemishes.

Warranty remaining, covered by the 4 year/50,000 mile warranty, 4 year Mini Roadside Assistance. Car sold as is with no warranty from seller (implied or otherwise) but with 1 year left on dealer/manufacturer warranty.
