THE ONLY REASON IM THINKING OF MOVING ON IS TO GO AWD -- I'LL BE GOING TO MEDICAL SCHOOL AND NEED SOMETHING AWD FOR THE WINTER.

This thing is a true garage queen.
Okay well like i said it's a 2009 JCW with 14.5k miles as of now. The mods that actually count (coilovers, wheels, the NM torque arm) bushing were professionally done. I obviously put on the door handles, things like that.
-pepper white JCW with black top
-sport package + sport suspension (dsc, edlc, etc).
-black leatherette interior
-piano black trim
-JCW gen 2 aero kit
-JCW brake duct kit
-JCW black grille surround
-painted trim around headlights and tail lights
-black headlight housing and white turn signals front and rear
-otherwise blacked out, scuttles, door handles, gas cap, reflectors
-shaved spoiler
-wrapped carbon fiber dash
-Helix stepped core front mount intercooler
-JCW shift **** w/ JCW alcantara shift boot
-black ebrake w/ alcantara boot
-coilovers
-Team dynamic pro race's w/ nitto neo gens 215/40/17
-spacers up front
-tints all around
-extreme white headlight bulbs (PIAA) w/ hyper yellow fogs
-NM Torque arm insert
-m7 front strut brace
-mini boost system
-black headliner and pillars
This car is pristine! Never tracked, raced, etc. Always babied and handwashed, 3 oil changes and another soon. Still under warranty til next year.
Nice looking car.
Personally, I have had AWD and also 4x4 and they work fine. But I drove my MINI and now my 2009 fJCW daily. I would get a second set of wheels and dedicated winter tires from TireRack etc., and just drive the darn thing.
I pass a lot of big o'l SUVs in the winter in my little car. Unless the snow is really really deep, it just goes right thru it.
