Nice to see a high-miles R56 that's stayed in good shape and "drives like new" apparently with good upkeep.

I'll hope to do as well, the miles pile up around here (60k in two years on my Mazda 5) and the new MINI I've ordered will have 90K+ in 2015 at this rate.

The fact you are selling it in NJ with FL plates might make a few folks nervous...then again with so many miles, guess the car has been most everywhere!!

 

I do realize the Florida plate looks a bit silly as the car is in front of my office in New Jersey. I haven't seen an 09 with as many miles as this one yet!

 

Not a buyer either. I got an 07 a few months ago with 80k miles. MINI's always seem to run well with higher mileage and good upkeep.

Hope the water cooler for the turbocharger got fixed already. It's on recall. Last thing someone would want is to buy the car from you and have it explode on them.


Just a thought.

 

Im assuming this is the recall, if not - I will have to bring it into the dealer on Monday.
