Hey guys - I recently joined to do some research and try and find an MCS for my fiance since we are not having luck at the dealerships.

Unfortunately, she cannot drive manual. Her commute is pretty good and in stop and go traffic -- and wants an automatic. From what it appears, there are probably 9 manuals for every 1 automatic for sale. I'm hoping the board can help me locate an automatic Cooper S. I'm also hoping that since automatic Cooper S's appear to be a bit more undesirable -- having a bona fide interested party might expedite a sale.

Ideally, it will have sport, premium, convenience and cold weather. We would prefer around 30K or less in mileage. I am willing to ship if you can provide references and are willing to do a PPI, and we speak so both of us would be comfortable with the transaction. I am located in Northern VA, and, if you are here -- that would be great. I'm actively looking at craigslist and autotrader.

For some reason, she really likes the chrono package. That would be an added bonus. Colors she likes in order of preference are: red, white, and the blues. She also likes the bonnet stripes.
