Two questions:

Has anyone ever sold a mini on NAM or any other web based portals? If so, I would love to hear about it.

If I am preparing to sell my Mini and I have the mods in my signature below, would it be easier to sell by putting some or all of it back to stock?

 

Some people would prefer a stock MINI beacuse of the warranty. You might be able to sell it easier that way.

As to the other question, yes. People have sold their MINIs on NAM. Just look around. You fond some that say "sold" at the bottom. Its worth a shot, since since its free!

Doesn't mean it sold on NAM. Just means it sold.

Most people will criticize your post or ask you to sell the parts off your car or comment on how nice it is or tell you your mods devalue the car - most actually sell off the forum.

I posted my car here and ran ads in two papers. In three days I had one interested party here and about 10 elsewhere.

 

Thanks for the feedback. I wondered if that was the case. I probably won't be selling for a year or so (until the Evo X comes out).

 

I sold my 04 here on NAM and nearly sold my 05 but another website got the sale first. I have bought/sold several cars on Ebay. I recommend it highly, list it with the mods in place, and, if you wish, list it as an option to sell as stock and part the mods. If the price is right, you'll sell it for sure.
