Takeover Lease on 2006 Cooper 'S' only 1100kms on it

My Friend is looking to get out of his lease on his 2006 Cooper 'S' it has only 1100kms and has been winterized since 'Nov 2005. Never seen winter driving. It is a Pure Silver w/black sunroof,Sports Package. Loaded,Many Accessories.Looking for a direct lease takeover, No MONEY down. assume his lease at $558.76 + tax per month Cdn.& with 4 1/2 yrs remaining on the lease. And benefit from his down payment(His Loss is your gain),Pm me for any other information and pictures of the car, Car can be viewed in the Niagara Falls Area. This is a great car at an unbeatable price, Unfortunately he is forced to part with his car, and is sorry to see it go. Due to financial considerations.

I'm confused... Why would you winterize a leased car???? You know you arn't going to keep it and have already agreed on a trade in price so why wouldn't you be driving it full time.

He must mean loan, dunno if Cdns use lease for loan. No way anyone would take over a 4.5 year lease at $550/month. $28,000 Cdn is $25,140 U.S.

I don't think so.. if that is a loan, how come monthly payment is $558 + tax?
Anyway, the lease payment sounds very high to me..

lease's are a rip-off anyway loaded with high intrest and fees and lots more risk. As someone pointed out, that payment could buy the car outright over the same length of time.

BTW....list the car not the financing. If you want intrest then people need to see the car inside and out. and list the full list of options. Don't just say loaded. For a car that you can order so personalized, people need to see the full spec. Once someone is intrested in the product then you can discuss the details
