Feeler: 2006 MINI Cooper S Cabrio
I'm entertaining the idea of buying an '07 MCS to replace my '06 MCSC, so I'm trying to figure out if there'd be any interest for it.
Its a 2006 MCSc CR/W (originally) with a manual transmission. White 16" rims, Xenon headlights, 15,000 miles plus some change (approximately 150)

Since I bought the car I've added a few exterior aesthetic modifications.
JCW aero kit grill
Checkered mirror caps
Checkered door handles
S2k antenna
Blacked out the beltline
Blacked out the headline rings
Replaced the chrome rollbar covers with black plastic ones from a Cooper
Replaced the chrome S side vent with a Cooper side vent
Boot stripes to match the OEM white bonnet stripes

The interior is completely stock. It has a silver dash, grey/black leatherette seats and the chrono package installed.
KBB lists the private party value at $26,230, is this an unreasonable amount to ask for? The car is in mint condition besides a ding in the driver's side door which would be repaired before I sold the car. I'm located in Harrisonburg, VA (JMU), which is about 2 hours west of Richmond and 2 hours SW of DC.

Well, its not final. I'm heading to the dealer this weekend to try out the '07. The lack of lumbar support plus the stiff suspension is killing my already effed up back.
I was looking at a Z4 today. They first offered $22,000 on my 06 S Cabrio. Stickered 30K or so last Nov. Only 4,650 miles. Garage kept, not a mark on it. That's what a dealer offered.

BMW has a history of screwing you over with trade-ins though. I'm going to avoid that at all costs if I can. Your car is clearly worth more than that, especially with that amount of miles on it!
