Looks like you definitely like to fiddle w/your cars...bottom line cashier's check: $26,500
I recently added up everything, i've got just over $31,400 into the car, that's parts, no labor.
So I lose a bit of money at the sake of making my wife happy.

the following month they ask again..."wasn't it a cruiser...this looks like a sport bike"
I seem to lose interest in most things after having owned them, actually my wife is the only thing i've kept for 15 yrs. straight. Everything else i have sold or traded in.
I'm not fond of Ducatis, well...that new Hypermotard gives me a nudge in the pants but that's about it.

Let me give it some thought. Do you have all the stock parts...wheels, suspension, etc.?

Yea, sold in a few days on EBay...car was ok, a bit too ragged out for me but I bought it in PA and drove it back to Florida...didn't want to fly back so I just bought it.

no parts, just what's listed above.
i basically gave away most of the stock stuff, as noone wanted to pay anything for them
i can get you the stock exhaust if you want, still in one piece at my buddy's garage.

again...these are old pics....just installed a stillen supercharger, and tein electronicly adjusted suspention, all chromed out engine bay, and exhaust by Stillen, a race clutch plate and upgraded transmition, an all digital readout display on top monitor with the push of a steering button, Co2 cooling spray for the intercooler, Alpine system with sound processing plus nav, plus much more....won first all around stealth NOPI throphie 2 months ago here in south Fla at Dolphin stadium... so....NO...HELL NO...your wife's car is not going to be better than mine even if is the Nismo version by any means...their coilovers suck, and the muffler is very restrictive, so save the $ and do it yourself.

i think the price is fair and am surprised this car is not yet sold ... my personal worry would be not being able to have it serviced under warranty.

all the techs gather 'round the car and study it closely whenever i go and not once has anyone said that i 'might' have a problem with the warranty.
think about it, brakes and coilovers aren't under warranty anyway, the intercooler? How's that voiding the warranty? The 15% pulley is identical to their JCW's...the header IS indeed different, but the STOCK cat is still used.
Don't know about you, but i have had a good relationship with the general manager of Mini since i bought it for the wife...they've invited me to every Moroso Autocross event and they invite all who buy there. They sell and promote all types of aftermarket accessories for the Minis they sell, in fact, they always put together and sell a specially prepped and modified Mini once in a while, complete with diff. suspension (not JCW either), exhaust, brakes, etc...
They have a new 07 model in their showroom now with a bunch of stuff done to it as mentioned above...
Keep in mind, my long block is 100% bone stock. Only bolt ons...so i wouldn't worry about the warranty so much.
YES, the car is still available...
just saw an 06 Cooper S sell on Ebay for $25,000 with **** done to it...and 13,000 miles. So maybe i'm asking too little for mine.
