Please give blood this Saturday!

Join us in support of The Children's Hospital blood bank, this Saturday, September 2nd.

The Children's Hospital blood mobile will be in the Detailers Paradise parking lot accepting donors from 8:00am until 12:00pm. Although pre-registration is requested, walk-ins are welcome.

We'll have food, drinks, and other fun festivities going on throughout the morning!

We'll also have lots of special sales and discounts in the store all day long.

I donated blood last Tuesday as part of my regular donation schedule. I reached 14 gallons! Sorry about that. Everybody else, roll up your sleeve!

at Children's since that is where Berk had all his work. Since childhood, I have also had high liver enzymes. That was not a problem back then. These days, the blood banks will not take my blood for that very reason, even tho I have been checked and re-checked for various types of Hep. that I have never had.

Anyway, If I am out and about I will show up. I cannot donate unless I cut myself cooking.
