is anyone from NAM 5280 planning a trip to the last dance? My wife and I went last year. Even with the tire fiasco it was still a blast. just heariong the ferraris shift up into the front straight is worth the trip. hope to see you there. by the way i have two tickets that i am trying to sell or trade.

The last formula 1 race of the 2006 season is on October 22 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. I doubt that many USA MINI owners will be driving there.

 

By the DGP I assume you mean Detroit Grand Prix? Thats a CART or IRL or whatever race. He mentioned he was talking F1. That'd be the F1 race at Indy. Indy is the only F1 race in the U.S., plus one in Canada.

Also the fiasco clearly refers last years F1 Indy debacle. And rumor has it this might b the last U.S. F1 race at Indy... So I think he menat that.

Yup, I'm a F1 fan and have been also wondering if there's a bunch of NAM'rs going. I've only been to the track when no racing was going on. I might be coming too, need to do some fact finding.

sorry about all the confusion. Formula 1 USGP is in Indianapolis on july 2nd. I said the 'last race' because as far as I know formula1 did not renew the contract with indianapolis raceway which ends with this years race. Last I heard formula1 management were not happy with the low attendance at indy and were looking elsewhere. anyone have more details?
