"Mini's in the Mountains 2012" is just around the corner! Well, at least for those of us on the planning committee. And that's where you come in.....

We're holding our first planning meeting THIS Sunday from 1:00 - 3:00 in Boulder. Our goal is to establish committee appointees for each of the different areas: Vendors, Car Show, Rides, AutoX, Registration, Meals, Goodie Bags, etc. Some of these areas are assigned, but many are awaiting eager volunteers that are dedicated in making this another great event.

We'll also be establishing a committee to scope new locations for 2013 (and beyond). We love Winter Park, but we recognize the need to keep the event fresh with new rides and experiences.

Please reply if you're interested. I'll send details for Sunday's meeting (no worries if you can't make it).

Also: We'll hold regular meetings prior to MITM2012 August 2-5 (monthly as the event nears). Meeting locations may change per committee interest and logistics. We have a number of materials to assist from prior years. No worries if you're new to this.
