If "somethings" count as waves, I'll bet I get the most.
Suggest we change 'cut off' to 'blow by' (MINI owners are not known for their road-rage tactics ).
And, would it be OK to add Scions to the list as well??? If so, I just got some wings for another MINI earlier today!
we could add all Hondas with those huge coffee can exhausts that sound like the car is farting while at the same time blowing black smoke and not actually going any faster?!
Whoa T I am a former Honda head, and there are some really fast ones on our roads. But for the most part they are just RICECARS not to be confused with RACECARS.

I wave but no one really waves back I agree its more of people just driving them for good gas milage. When I had my Jeep everyone I waved to waved back.
I have to say- this thread is hilarious. Thanks for the chuckle. Here in Raleigh, I got about a 40% return on my waves when I had my Cooper. I noticed that the rate of return declined as the number of Minis on the road increased. Like you have already stated, the gas-saving enthusiasts apparently don't wave. I'm going to be religious about waving to others in the CM and see how it goes. Once I grow tired of not being waved at, I'll start flipping off the Prius's.
yeah im around 7-8 waves... 50% are from people i know. Id say flipping of huge lifted trucks too but right as im about to they go from riding my back to pulling into a gas station! At almost $4 a gallon it seems punnishment enough.
I am trying to get a picture with My Tank next to an Abrams or a Bradley...hopefully when we get all our gear back, I can sneak him into the Motorpool to get a good shot!!!
