HPMS High Plains Motoring Society
Not totally sure who from out here has or has not established a presence on the official site, but we're expecting 14 MINIs to contribute to your total -- that includes one carrying our adopted EIMers Steve and Peggy from Council Bluffs.
Already getting pumped for this.

Thanks to all of you who joined in our merry little band
this year with HPMS High Plains Motoring Society!
We hope you had as much fun as we did with the rain, snowflakes, sleet, and cool weather. Not to mention the historic Alex Johnson, balky elevators, hot fresh coffee, Buffalo herds, deer, marmot, pronghorn, burros, and more! Not to mention, Needles, Badlands, Crazy Horse, Rushmore, Devil's Tower and more.
Be sure to go to the NBC site at www.newscenter1.tv to download your copy of our interview and introduction of the MINI to the Rapid City community.

JS, all,
Thanks for posting pictures. It looked to be a great time in South Dakota.
You guys made good time getting home and I noted Clint came out from Cali. Was he the longest trip?
Nice job, keep them coming.

Wonderful to see all of our HPMS friends again. Many thanks to JS, JP, and DT for another batch of fond and lasting memories.
Edit: Changed to a single link to the complete Photo Gallery on our website for your viewing pleasure (rather than multiple links).

Paul, your photos are very good
and telling. I like seeing Needles from this perspective. We all regret the snow and cold at Rushmore, but in reality....it kept the crowds down.
Glad you were there. Join us again next year. We don't have a locale but we do have a plan.
Motor safely.

A big thank you to the High Plains Motoring Society! We had a great time (again!). Always nice to get together with other Midwest motoring enthusiasts. Especially nice to see another of the best color MINI ever produced-PHM
!
Can't wait until next year

There is a HPMS5 event in May 2013
Undecided yet as to location. The BOD Board of Directors is currently cogitating this issue. Stay tuned right here.
Plan for May 2013 either way.
