I'm disappointed...

I purchased two of the MITM posters and received them today. I'm really bummed. The words at the bottom of the poster are cut off on both ends (left and right side of the pages) in some cases by almost two letters. I planned on framing one and sending one to my MINI friend, Don, in Washington.

I was expecting this poster to be a higher quality than what I got. Or at least legible.

The picture on the zoomed link shows all the letters and the black frame around the top of the poster:

I wouldn't recommend these pictures to anyone! The black frame is thick at the top, thin on the left and side and gone on the right hand side as well as the letters/numbers being cut off at the bottom of the poster.

Not good. Hopefully a fix or refund is in your future.

Not satisfied?

Not done! I will send this thread to Rick, and we will be in contact with CafePress about the matter. They have a resolution process and the bottom line is that not only will we fix your matter but we will make sure others get what they order, pay for, and expect.

There is no other way to go.

Give us a day or two...and we will resolve your issue to your satisfaction, not to ours.

Vicki now has new replacement prints (properly sized), personally delivered at the 4/19 MINI5280 event. For now, this Cafepress product has been removed, pending resizing.
