Need to change brake pads, recommendations?

the brakes are fairly easy to do, if your light is on, you will also need a new sensor. I would recommend doing it yourself to save on cost, the best place is still Schomp, or Webb Motorsports if you can get a hold of Randy between flights, he is a pilot for United.
Other than that, if you are just looking for a basic brake job, any mechanic that works on BMWs would be fine...I personally would stay away from places like Brakes Plus, etc....but that is just me.
for a do it yourself job, expect about 2 hours max if you are experienced, and that includes changing both bads and rotors. If you do it yourself, there are a ton of options, too many to list, you would have to describe what you are looking for in your braking...or dust tolerance levels. All of the Vendons on NAM offer some sort of brake pad/rotor/replacement/or BBK...
