Who owns an older Mini?

I can help you
There are lots of folks who own the older Minis, just that they all call them 'classics'. The local Colorado club for classic owners and enthusiast is MOTR, Minis of the Rockies. The club meets the 1st Tuesday of each month at Pint's Pub, 12th and Cherokee downtown, upstairs. Really, the group is quite a bit of fun and many of those folks know the mechanics of their cars inside and out. Many have spent good time and money restoring and all are happy to have a Mini or MINI conversation with you. We enjoy having them at 5280 events and we invite them openly to all of our events and gatherings.
I belong and attend regularly, as do other members of MINI5280.
Another point of clarification: Mini refers to the 'classic' cars from 1959 on. MINI refers to the new or Neo MINI, built from 2002 on. That helps keep things straight.
Check out the club at www.minisrock.com for more information. One of the best places to check out the classics is at the upcoming Colorado Conclave, held each summer at Arvada's Oak Park. Check it out at www.ColoradoConclave.com and come join the show.
