Do i need a wristband for my 4yr old?

Im planning on driving over to Jersey City on Sunday and was wondering if i need a wristband for my 4 yr old son to attend? I have one for my wife and me, but my son will be coming too!

I was at the MTTS in Indy. They had a boxful of wristbands and Travelogues which they were giving out.

It seems that as long as you have a MINI, you are welcome.
