They gave these posters away this morning at the Dallas to Memphis departure location.

At the Amarillo and Dallas locations, the prices for the t-shirts were $36.00. They said something about it being cash only for the remainder of the event because of some credit card issues on legs prior to Amarillo. Don't know if this is true, only posting what I heard while standing in line to purchase my badge.

I saw those on a couple of MINIs in Memphis and Nashville, but I don't think MINI was selling those. I saw t-shirts like that as well being sold from the trunk of someone's MINI, so it may have been the same person. I bought the official MTTS t-shirt instead.

I came home with some great official MTTS swag:

MTTS t-shirt
MTTS key chain
MTTS road atlas
MTTS Motoring Soundtrack CD
MTTS antenna flag
MTTS poster

I came home a happy camper!

We got a couple of them this evening after the lap on the track. They are very cool! I don't know who it was that had them, but he had some shirts too for $20 I think.

We bought the same shirt at the St. Louis stop in the MINI compound. Also bought the MTTS grill badge there.

I got really lucky! Suji on my local forum grabbed me a poster and atlas. Minigal on Cooperspeed was able to grab me a badge. I love this community.

BTW, has anybody heard about this guy selling shirts and decals:

I was told by the MINI USA people in St Louis and Indy that the MTTS items would be for sale on the MINI website after MTTS is over.

I agree they should have been magnetic, but even more importantly they should have been circular so they fully cover the badge holder. The shield shape leaves the holder exposed on 3 sides, which is unfortunate.

From: Chicago.. yes, Chicago
I picked up a couple of stickers from those guys. I know they were selling t-shirts too... Not sure who they were though... anyone???

I picked up the MTTS poster, atlas, CD and the Motoring Hearts pin (received the Motoring Hearts badge from Patrick MINI on the way) and MiniShagz was kind enough to get a MTTS badge for me since they only sold them the mornings of each leg (from what I was told).

I'd like to get an extra MTTS badge...

It's Me!! The Infamous Or Famous Miniatic

Ok, to all of you who are interest I am the person who was selling the stickers and t-shirts at the event, I joined the caravan in Memphis and went all the way to Conneticut. My idea was to pay my trip with the sales of the t-shirts but that did not happen..at least yet.. I have plenty of t-shirts and stickers left. I have a post runnig here:
http://sunshineminis.org/forums/view...336&highlight=

Also, I had the pleasure of meeting Fireball Tim and his crew and they were awesome, they not only bought my stuff for themselves but will be selling it at their shop also.. Thanks to Fireball Tim again, emily and Tuls!!

My local shop www.myminiparts is also trying to help me out selling what I got left .. you can contact Pete too.

I am so busy at work that I have not had time to follow up as much as I like to on all MTTS related stuff. I will be gone for 3 weeks overseas for work but wil be able to help you if you are inteersted..But again any f the great people mention here will have the goods..

Another mini mistery solve
