Includes the following:
1.) Mercedes-Benz C230 C320 Kompressor Space Master Spare Tire.
2.) TDN Dubnutz Adapter Kit - No longer available to the best of my knowledge - true "unobtainium".
3.) OEM MINI Countryman floor jack from an earlier model vehicle. - Complete with padded bag.

All fits under the flat load floor as detailed in this thread
