I found these on a local craigslist site. I don't know if the seller will ship, but apparently complete and low miles (30000). They are R56 calipers that he purchased for an R53 swap/upgrade.

I have a set I just took off my R53 and upgraded to Brembo’s.

These just came off my car Friday, August 31st 2018. They are real R53 GP (Same as F56) calibers with OEM red carrier. I bought the carrier from my local dealership because when I purchased the calibers the carrier did not come with it. I also have SS lines, one year old rotors and barely used Akebono pads with less then 4 k miles on them.
