Looking for someone fluent in INPA/NCS Expert to help with a problem I am having near Pittsburgh, Pa. Willing to drive to you and pay for your services. I have the cable and I thought I could do it but cant even get the software loaded on my laptop so I'm better off letting someone else try. Thanks
