Looking for a red center dash section. Does it just pull off?

 

Does not just pull off. Need to first remove the left/right dash pieces (which can be pulled off) to get access to the screws which hold in the center dash piece. I believe the interior light and hazard ***** may also need to come off. Trying to recall the details, I did a dash swap last year.
