Earlier this year, I purchased a set of KW Variant 2 Coilovers for my Clubman. They were great in almost every respect to me...the handling is phenomenal, and the ride is compliant and very well-behaved, about the only thing I didn't like was the drop...it was a bit more that I would have preferred (closer to 1.4" at the top end of the adjustment range). The nail in the coffin though, was my wife finding the ride too harsh. Since we do take many family trips in the car, some back-and-forth ensued, and eventually I agreed to sell them.

After about 200 miles on the car, I swapped them out for Koni Yellows, and half-heartedly put them up for sale earlier this year. However, I wasn't all that interested in selling, thinking I may use them in the future. So while I responded to interested parties, I wasn't all that inclined to sell them. Well, after the Koni Yellows installed for about 6-months now, I am happy with them, and I don't see myself going back to the KW coilovers.

So, let my misfortune be your gain. These retail for almost $1800 new. Since they are "used"...you have the chance at essentially brand new KW Variant 2s at nice discount. These coil-overs have less than 200 miles on them...so yeah, they are pretty much brand new.

Included is everything seen in the photo, including the coilover wrench to adjust them, and the hex-tool to adjust the stiffness (both are in the tool kit pictured...I guess I should have opened that up, if you really want a photo of those, I can provide one). They are clean (how dirty could they really get in 200 miles?), in perfect working order, and ready to install to improve the handling and look of your car.

Price drop to $1200, almost a $600 savings for a set of "like new" KW V2 coilovers with approx. 200 miles on them.

 

Bump...there's been interest, but nobody has pulled the trigger yet.
