I have a JCW transmission out of my 2010 Mini Cooper s JCW. The transmission has a very slight grind going into 6th gear. The grind is almost unnoticeable and just feels like a little rub going into gear. The transmission also, on rare occasion, start popping out of second gear right as you put it into gear. The 6th gear problem happened every time, but the second gear problem only happened once every 50-100 miles. every other gear worked and the transmission did not make any abnormal noises. It might just be bad transmission fluid as I never had it changed, but I since I'm not sure that will solve the problem, I am selling it as a track transmission.
