So I am just about done with my wife's chili red R56. I just purchased a 2010 R56S six speed for my 16 year old son. This car is not going to get the full makeover like my red one. I am looking for an aftermarket exhaust that will produce some more noise. Even if it is just the axle back set up. JCW, magna flow, INvidia, tell me what you got! I live in Utah. My thought process is more of adding some noise rather than the performance. Kind of like pipes on a Harley. That way he can be heard and not squished by our total Utah drivers. The car is already quick for a new driver.
I know I can pull out a few things on the stock exhaust, but I was hoping someone had an old set up playing around in their garage that they would like to get some cash for. Not looking for anything bigger than 2 1/2 inch.

Do an intake and have a muffler shop out a Magnaflow 2.5" muffler one in two out for $150

I have actually thought about that. I have a one in two out set of carbon tips. I'\ picked them up a while back when I was going to do a custom exhaust. I thought about just getting the muffler.

 

You can't beat CNT 350 shipped for new SS. Bigger pipes help the turbo breathe.
