Tein Lowering Springs, I had them on my R53 for only 3,000 miles or less. Only selling now because I moved to ST Coilovers.

These work with the stock shocks/struts - are a nice green color and give you a good stance. Springs also worked well on Mulholland.

Front spring rate: 3.8 kilogram/millimeter (212 pound/inch)
Rear spring rate: 2.5 kilogram/millimeter (162 pound/inch)
Front ride height (may vary with vehicles that share the same fitment): -45 millimeter (-1.8 inch)
