I have a 2004 Cooper S R53 that I'm slowly converting to a track car . I'm tackling the interior first. The only thing NOT in good condition (108K miles) is the headliner, which is sagging and has been spray glued back in place.

If you're wondering if I'll sell it, you can ask yourself "is this needed on a track car?" -- if the answer "no", then you're probably fine. I'll be making a separate post for other categories of items like exterior, engine, wheels and suspension, so please don't ask me for those parts yet.

Looking for the panel under the center switches. In the later R53/50 there is a cubby/shelf. In the early models it's just a panel. That's what I'm looking for. It's held by 2 pressure clips and a screw. Part number 51451512843.
