How many miles on this setup? Did you notice any performance difference? I am interested if it's for the N18, and actually does what it is advertised to do.

It is for the N18.
I noticed it the most when I took it off - car felt like it lost a cylinder. So, it definitely made a difference.
Miles? I dunno, really. About 20K if I had to guess.
