Price is for everything. dark gray, Black? The rear seat backs and bottom are from a 2009, and are excellent except for a tiny tear in the back of one. Seat tensioners are from a 2009, and in excellent condition. I also have all the 5 speed drivetrain parts from a 6 speed conversion in a separate sale . Trans is bad, but has good parts. Im in the Louisville Ky area.
