Here is a great set of summer wheels/tires for your Mini. I bought these OEM 17" alloy wheels direct from Mini USA along with OEM TPMS sensors and valve stems. The wheels I had custom pin-striped with the red to match the stripes on my car (normally they would be satin aluminum). Tires are Bridgestone Potenza 205/45/17 summer tires.

As you can see, the tires have between 6/32" to 7/32" of tread left, so plenty of use for at least a few summers. Tires were awesome on my car. Wheels looked great. Wheels are straight-I'm very attentive about avoiding pot holes.

The set up has exactly 17,265 miles on them within 2 summers of use. I'm keep very detailed records of my cars and can document this.

I have over $2,200 invested in this set-up. $1,200. Add up the price of summer wheels and tires, installation, TPMS sensors and you'll see this is a great deal, even with the used tires.
