I too have sold my gen 1 and have a 2 1/8" thick nearly perfect Bentley Service Manual. While it should be relevant for practically all gen 1, the cover says 2002, 2003, 2004. Bentley no MC04. ISBN 0-8376-1068-0

The book is inappropriate for the 2012 couple Im getting in a few days.

 

I priced out shipping this book to 45344 from 35213 with UPS and it came to ~$20. It weighs about 7.5 lbs. It may be cheaper to ship USPS I just haven't priced it out. I will take $70 shipped for it. Up for grabs at the moment

 

USPS "Media Rate" or a Flat Rate priority pre-paid container should be a savings.
