These are a pair of dummy projector fog lights for 1st gen MINIs. They do not light up and are for looks only. They are bolted to a trimmed version of the black plastic fog light insert on MINIs without fog lights.

I had these on my MINI for about a year - they fit on just like the black plastic inserts - no cutting/drilling required.

I'm not sure if it would fit on the car, but I can include the original projector lens bowls if you want to experiment with putting the lights on the lens, etc. The lenses originally came from a pair of Sonar headlights.
