Hi,

Rack was used only once and have basically just been sitting around since so hopefullly you can give it a better home and use. Comes with all installation tools, keys, manual, etc. Free Shipping. PM if interested.

These just slip into the factory mounting points on the roof correct?

Yes. You will need to slip them in, use a tool provided to push them firmly into the slots, and tighten bolts to expand the clamps.
