I have a set of 88Rotors Cross Drilled and Slotted rotors on my R53. They work great (I have multiple track days on mine), fit OEM spec and the price is reasonable.

I'd recommend calling them directly to see if they can get you a single rotor.

I have a pair of Zimmerman fronts that I took off of my 05 R53 when I upgraded the brakes. I will sell them to you as a pair. It's the only way you should go to replace them as a pair. Send me a PM if you're still looking..
