For those worried about high winds and the cover flapping against the car, it is recommended to use the provided loops and rope to securely pull the cover tight at the center of the car (even if you are using the optional lock and cable). However, this cover is NOT meant to replace a garage, and those dealing with exteme wind conditions should monitor the cover for flapping.
