Yup. That's another issue Mini fumbled the ball on. Not too many 1st Gen Convertibles that don't have the dry rot cracking.

let me know if you are able to take those off, i honestly need the right one, since mine broke, but might as well get both since the left might break as well.

Do you have better pics of the convertible top and what condition it is in. Any rips, holes or blemishes and is the glass intact with working heater.
