This is a transmission I have gotten for my 2006 R53, but it doesn't fit, even though they said it would.

Was told it has low mileage around 35,000. Other then that I'm not sure the condition. I paid 1850.00 for it and need to re-coop some money, or I'm in the dog house for a very long time.

Found out that this is a same transmission as the one that is in my 2006 Mini but with a different case (different bell housing) a transmission shop in Denver thought it would fit non-S 2007 and newer, but they weren't a 100%.
