I am looking for a used set of Koni Yellows for my 2012 Hardtop Cooper R56

They can be used, and even very heavily used.

I have a full set of Koni Yellow Sports for an R-56 if you are still looking. They have 10,000 miles on them. I can send pics if you'd like. I put on coilovers and don't need them anymore.
