H&R lowering Springs

I have a set of lowering springs off my clubman. 120$ and you pay for shipping and there yours. They were on car for 5 months at most. I wanted the car lower. The wife was tired of me complaining so she bought me a set of coil overs. I really need these out of the garage to make room for winter project. I'd post a photo but can't figure out how.

1.4 inches front and rear. They are just a bit stiffer but ride is ok. The way it handles makes up for the ride. No bottoming out to.
