These are complete xenon headlight assembly's with bulbs and ignightors. The ballast are not included. These could pass as brand new head lights. No cracks, not pitting, no blemishes.

I took these off a friends car that got rear ended, at the time, the car had less than 5,000 miles. They retail for $613 each + core.
