I have acquired an MC40 and would like to fix a few things that I have found wrong/missing with the car.

• Tensioner for the belts is going bad, need another one.
• Supposedly the cv axle is leaking, I can't quite remember if that is what the mechanic said.
• Driver side tail light cover
• Passenger side door lock mechanism
• MC40 specific stuff. The magnets, original manual, plaque, etc. I have the floor mats and shift **** that's about it.
• A Bentley service manual
• Center arm rest
• I am missing some parts for the driving lights in the grille, I can go into more detail if anyone has them.
• Tires
• I have a radio I would like to put in the car, but I am pretty sure I need a mini converter to hook it up.
• Maybe some speaker upgrades

As far as any of the engine parts, lights go its just Mini cooper S stuff, nothing different. The manual is the same its just on the MC40 it has a little plaque with whatever car it was out of 1000. Shop around some and you can find the magnets reproduced and probably same with the mats. Check with waymotorworks he was parting out a MC40 he might have mats ,magnets or shift ****. But anything else on the car is just R53 MCS

 

i got my cv axil from car quest brand new $ 90.00 and also u find the Tensioner brand new $ 150.00 half price of other retailer, check out outmotring.com they have lots of nice OEM

 

Don't pay $150 for a belt tensioner. I bought this on Amazon. It is a Gates OEM exactly like the one I removed. $70 to your door.
