I have for sale a used Borla cat-back exhaust system in excellent condition. This was taken off my R56 hatchback when I had the JCW Tuning Kit installed. It includes all necessary hardware. I prefer to sell locally, but will consider shipping if I have a serious inquiry.

How is the sound difference between the JCW tuning kit and the Borla? I don't see a flange on the pipe to bolt to the downpipe, does this mean that the factory pipe needs to be cut off and clamped to the Borla? Any drone during cruise or part throttle driving?

I'm in Buffalo, do you have any trips planned to come out west, where we could meet 1/2 way?

Hi Mike,

The Borla and JCW exhaust are comparable. Neither really has any drone from my perspective, but like anything, opinions vary. I liked both, just opted to install the JCW with the complete kit.

So, the major difference from the two is that the Borla has a resonator and the JCW does not. For the Borla you cut the stock pipe about 12 inches from the cat. With the JCW you cut past the stock resonator.

Unfortunately no trips planned. I could get you a quote for shipping if interested? The box dimensions would be 56 x 24 x 12 with a weight of 30 pounds, which is box and packing material.
