BBS LM 198 4x100 17/7.5 ET40

Hi,

I have 4 mags BBS LM 17 inch for sale (17x7.5 +40). These are very rare mags that sell new foraround $800 per mag (so $ 3200 for 4). I sell the 4 for $1600.

I had the R53 competition edition 52/64 and the mags were installed on the car. I sold it and I still have the mags. The Mini with a Stoptech BBK, and had spacers for the mags to fit the Mini, so I also included them in the sale with the extra long lugs.

The BBS LM (for "Le Mans") were imported from Japan by the original owner of the Mini in 2006 because at that time, it was not possible to find 4x100 (4 holes) in North America (I don't think this is the case anymore, I think I have seen some on TireRack relatively recently). For those who know a less about the LMs, the mags are 2 pieces where the ring can simply be changed as needed. They are very light mags that are used for racing. These were never raced.

They were used (I drove mostly in Montreal, where I live) so they have some curbage in some places, but are in excellent condition and authentic. You can see from the pics there are numerous inscriptions hard forged in the mags near the lugs, the air pin is in metal and all the bolts have BBS written on them.

BBS only makes these in one size in 4x100 bolt pattern for the MINI. Not hard info to find and always good to know so you know you're not dealing with reps: 17x7.5 +40

Also, you can tell if they're authentic because the barrels of BBS wheels give off a rainbow sheen to them, so if OP cleaned them up and gave hi-res shots of the sun gleaming off the lips, you would know for sure they're authentic and not refinished as well.
