I am listing a front R56S brakes kit for R53.
The calipers have around 11K miles on it

What's included:

1 x Pair of R56S Front calipers
1 x Pair of SS brake lines for R53 -> R56 conversion
1 x Pair of SS brake lines for the rears (Stock R53 setup)
1 x Brand new factory R56S pads
1 x Bottle of Motul RB600

What you will need: A set of front rotors, that's all!
