Longshot, I know, but thought i'd throw it out there before I go the ebay route.

outmotoring.com has them for $40, its a super simple affair to install too. Just plug it into the back of your stereo and rout the cable to where you want the aux. input jack, drill a small hole and screw the little plate on. Took me about two hours, most of which was to rout the cable.
Or if you are somewhat handy search for diy aux cable posts. I did mine and the total cost was $0 as I had the parts needed, but would only be a few dollars if you didn't have the parts. If you have navigation or chrono the process is only moderately more involved than what R53MAO posted, but not bad if you can turn a screwdriver. This is true for both the diy cable and the stock cable. Good luck.
