Have an '06 Cooper S that was modded before I bought it. Need to find a very good Mini mechanic that knows how to work on modded Mini's in NJ. Help is appreciated!

 

Where are you in NJ?
Helix in Philly is excellent. They've been doing mods on MINIs since the car's introduction. If you are in north NJ, give Prestige MINI a call and see if they know anyone in the north.

I 2nd Helix, Eric does all the work to my car that I can't do and I'm in North NJ, so its a 2 hr ride. A lot of people also like Autobahn of NJ.

 

Thanks guys! Helix seems like the best place from everything I've read. But Philly is a hike for me. Was looking for someone in Northern nj. Have heard good things about a guy in Newark and also JP Autotech in Roselle Park. If anyone can think of another good place up here that would be great! Thanks again.

 

The shop in Newark called ECP Auto. I've brought my car there a few times. Frank the owner knows what he's doing.
