GARDEN STATE EUROS would like to invite the Tri-State European car community to our annual Spring Season Opener meet on Wednesday, March 20th from 6:00pm – 10:00pm at the LOWES parking lot in Butler, NJ. This location provides easy access from highways (Route 23, 287, 80, 46, 3) and also offers an Applebee’s and Wendy’s next door for food and restrooms. This is the meet of all meets for the Tri-State area, a one night flash meet (flash mob for cars). We understand that this location may be a haul and attending a Wednesday night meet may be difficult with work/family/school schedules but we can promise you this is one meet you will not want to miss for 2013. We are less than a week away from our Annual Spring Opener Meet! See you all next Wednesday, March 20th!

Updates:
-We have secured several more sponsors including Jersey Johnny’s Grill truck and DJpiratenyc who spun for us at DubRun 2012!
-If you are available to help setup that day or work the event please arrive at Lowes between 4:00pm-5:00pm.
-We are asking for help from everyone to curb any negative behavior to protect our agreement with Lowes, the town and police.

Club Parking:
If your club wants reserved parking, you need to arrive as a group no later than 5:30pm (see attached map below).
As of now we have Dub Sens, NJ Drty Euros, UCEuros, Strictly German, Strictly Euro, Eurowerks, Euro Techniks and AutoCouture.

Detailer’s Domain has provided various cleaning supplies for our raffle, anyone who buys our DubRun 2012 DVDS will be automatically entered in the drawing! We will also have a limited number of event bags with freebies!

Parking & Conduct Reminder:
Please see the map below, our club members will direct cars to park away from the storefront to ensure that we do not interfere with Lowes customers or traffic. Our meet is very simple, park and turn off the car. We have a zero tolerance rule and absolutely do not tolerate burnouts, loud music, engine revving, excessive driving through the parking lot, etc. If attendees can’t follow these rules you will be asked to leave. Local police will be on site to enforce the conduct rules we agreed to with Lowes, the town and the police department. Lastly, please do not litter, garbage cans can be found in front of Lowes or at the Jersey Johnny’s Grill truck, please throw your trash away or police may ticket for littering.
