Does Princeton Mini service still blow?
I would love to get another mini when my lease is up in April, but the service is just terrible and not worth it. Had some warranty parts ordered in May, new hood scoop and some other parts. Still waiting for a call back from Princeton mini to let me know the parts are in to be installed. I have left several messages and they dont call back. i dont even bother anymore. Should i bother calling again, or should i just leave it and let them deal with it when the lease is up?

Have you asked to talk to the Parts Manager? I believe Vinny is still there. Don't know who the service Manager is but it all has to be coordinated.
Also, the parts may be held up at MINI HQ. It wouldn't be the first time they offered a part and then it wasn't available for quite a while. You could call MINI HQ and find out what is going on.

Spoke to the parts manager back in july they said since its a warranty repair i have to go through service. Im in between mooristown and princeton, but i dont want to go multiple times again. Im just going to return the car when the lease is up. I was planning on buying it but dont want to deal with mini service anymore. Rather buy a car that has multiple dealers around to choose from.
