its been a freaking nightmare! but things seem to be going well for now. once the new clutch went in the power over threw the tranny and blew the tranny right out. so a few weeks later th new tranny was dropped in. got a good deal, dad works through napa so i got a nice discount from MINI. then a week later i noticed a leak and brought it in right away. MINI told me a few bolts were loose and they had fixed it. a week later a worse leak came up and i went right back to MINI. turns out one of the seals was bad. so then i waited a long 3 weeks to get it back. now its back but i think my left front axel is about to go out. starting to get some weird grinding noises.

just ordered a rear support bar, the ones that go behind the seats. also just droppe din a used k&n typhoon intake. my MPG has gone down a bit. the intake definitly needs a cleaning or a new filter..


also might be picking up a pair of BBS rks within the next few days. my coils got destroye dint he winter from a leak i didnt notice. they completly rusted out in my shed. id ont even know if i want to risk installing them. so i might end up buying some lowering springs.

One day left! Looks like the rain may hold off but it still will be cloudy.

 

I wish it would be like today but it won't becuase I planned this. Hopefully the rain will hold off till late afternoon because I didn't plan for a rain date.

 

It is New Jersey, after all! I have access to various aviation weather sources so I will track the rain as best as possible.

It won't be raining for the drive, it depends on how long we are there for lunch but the rain should hold off until the afternoon. We may narrowly luck out.
